Jersey City NJ: Shanghai Best

Shanghai Best is a great restaurant. It is sort of like a fusion between lunch and dim sum. Many of the dishes use soy sauce. One item I like ordering is the shredded pork with udon noodle. The rice cake noodle is good too, but needs more soy sauce. I would recommend this restaurant for adults or kids who like soy sauce and dim sum.
